Automation events count external or scheduled triggers that wake the bot: user messages, button clicks, webhooks, broadcast recipient executions, scheduled jobs, delay resumes, and background action resumes. They do not count every block, condition, bot message, or transient retry.

Do I need to know how to code?

Can I connect a bot I already have?

What counts as an active subscriber?

A user who is currently subscribed to your bot. When someone opts out — by stopping or blocking the bot — they stop being counted.

What happens if I go over my plan limits?

Nothing breaks. Your bot keeps working and your users won't notice a thing. If you outgrow your plan, we'll simply ask you to upgrade.

Do you store or read my users' messages?

No. Messages are only processed to make your bot work. We keep just what your bot saves — like a name or an email — plus chat history for features you turn on, such as AI replies or live chat. We never sell your data.
