Subscriptions in your Telegram bot

Open Orders → Payments and create a plan for your Telegram bot. The setup guides you through Payment → Plan → Benefits → Review. Plans are paid in Telegram Stars, so no separate payment account is needed. Set the name, description and price in whole Stars. A plan renews every 30 days.

Choose Credits, Access, or Credits and access. Credits go into your selected numeric contact balance and carry over. Access uses your named access key until the paid period ends. Use the content-language controls for the name and description.

Open a Payment block and choose Subscription, then select the saved plan. Edit the buyer message and button using the normal text editor and variable picker. Publish the flow to activate the plan. The Paid branch runs after the first confirmed benefit; renewals deliver the configured benefit without repeating that branch. Do not add another credit grant there.

Buyers get My subscription and a confirmation step before Cancel renewal. Cancellation keeps the current paid period and purchased credits. Use Check subscription in your flows to check a plan or access key. The five subscription events let you add messages for start, renewal, failure, cancellation and expiry.

On Orders → Payments, open subscription details to review charges, refunds and events. Payment managers can cancel renewal or retry recovery. An uncertain checkout needs reconciliation; retry does not create a second invoice.

Every charge, including each renewal, also appears as an order in the Orders tab with the source Subscription.

Digital goods and services sold inside Telegram require Stars. Card and other fiat subscriptions (EUR, USD, RUB) are not available yet, and Tribute creator/channel subscriptions are outside this module. A failed charge or trial grants no paid benefit. Access needs a verified expiry; missing evidence is held for recovery. Published price and benefit changes require a new plan. Custom event actions can be retried: make external side effects idempotent.
