Manual Payment with Receipt Approval

• A buyer opens your bot and chooses a plan
• They see your payment details (and your QR code, if you add one) and pay
• They tap "I've paid" and send a screenshot or PDF of the payment
• You get the receipt with their name, plan and price, plus Approve and Reject buttons
• The buyer is told the payment is being checked
• Tap Approve and the buyer gets a personal invite link to your private group or channel
• Tap Reject and the buyer gets a kind note and can try again

• Connect your Telegram account to FlowCastle (Settings → Notifications → Connect Telegram, or sign in with Telegram), then open your bot and press Start once. That is where receipts arrive.
• Add the bot to your private group or channel as an admin with the right to invite users via link, and put that chat into the accessChat variable (@username, or the numeric id that starts with -100).
• Fill in your payment details in the paymentDetails variable and check your three plans in planOne, planTwo and planThree. Optional: add a link to your payment QR picture in paymentQrUrl.
• Press Deploy.
• From a second Telegram account, send /start, choose a plan, send a screenshot as the receipt, then tap Approve and check that the second account gets a working invite link.

Good to know

• You are the reviewer automatically: receipts come to the Telegram account linked to your FlowCastle account, and only you can approve or reject.
• Each receipt has its own Approve and Reject buttons tied to that buyer, so several waiting payments never get mixed up.
• Your three plans and prices are variables, so you can use any currency and change a price without touching the flow.
• Payment details are one variable: your UPI ID, bank or card details. Until you fill it in, buyers see "payments are not open yet" and you get a reminder.
• Each invite link works for one person only. If the bot cannot create one (usually because it is not an admin of your chat), the payment stays waiting and the bot tells you what to fix.
• Plans do not expire on their own. "1 month" is a label; removing a member when time is up is up to you.

• Which payment details should buyers see?
• What plans and prices do you offer?
• Which private group or channel should paying buyers join?
• Do you have a payment QR code to show?
• Should access end automatically? (Not in this template.)
• Can the bot check payments by itself? (No, you confirm each receipt.)

Keep in mind

• Don't add an "I'm the admin" button, a /review command or a shared review queue; the bot already knows you are the owner.
• Don't swap the Approve and Reject link buttons for ordinary buttons; ordinary buttons can't tell which receipt they belong to.
• Don't promise automatic payment checks or automatic expiry; you confirm each receipt, and access stays until you remove the member.
• Don't add a upi:// payment button; Telegram buttons only open web and tg:// links. Show your UPI ID and QR code in the message instead.
