Simple Shop Orders (no online payment)
Take shop orders right in Telegram and get paid on delivery or pickup. Buyers choose a product and confirm in a few taps. You get each order with Accept and Decline buttons, and the buyer always hears back.
Who it's for: For small shops, cafés and home businesses that take orders in chat and get paid in person, by cash or transfer. No payment setup, only your product list.

How it works
- A buyer opens your bot and picks a product from your list
- They choose the quantity and share their name and phone with a tap
- They choose delivery or pickup and send the address if needed
- They check the summary and tap Confirm
- You get the order with Accept and Decline buttons
- One tap and the buyer gets your answer; payment happens on delivery or pickup
Setup requirements
- Open Variables and replace the example products in productList with yours, one product per line, price included (for example "Honey 500 g — 7.00").
- Check shopName and deliveryMode ("both", "pickup" or "delivery") in Variables.
- Connect your Telegram account to FlowCastle (Settings → Notifications → Connect Telegram, or sign in with Telegram), then open your bot and press Start once. That is where orders arrive.
- Press Deploy. From a second Telegram account, send /start, place an order, then tap Accept under it and check that the buyer got the confirmation.
Details
Good to know
- Your products and prices live in one list (the productList variable). Change it any time and the buttons update; no blocks to edit.
- Buyers share their phone with Telegram's own button, so you get a real number. A typed number needs the country code.
- Choose how buyers get orders: delivery or pickup, pickup only, or delivery only (the deliveryMode variable).
- You are the owner automatically: orders come to the Telegram account linked to your FlowCastle account, and only you can accept or decline them.
- Each order has its own Accept and Decline buttons, so several orders never get mixed up.
- A buyer can have one open order at a time and can cancel it themselves; you get a note when they do.
- No online payment: buyers pay on delivery or pickup. Want orders in a Google Sheet too? Add the Google Sheets module later.

Keep in mind
- This template doesn't take online payments; buyers pay on delivery or pickup. For online payment, use Product Sales or Sell with Telegram Stars.
- One product per order: there is no multi-item cart and no stock tracking.
- Don't swap the Accept and Decline link buttons for ordinary buttons; ordinary buttons can't tell which order they belong to.
